About the Instructor

Hi, my name is Riley. I’ve been taking photos professionally since 2008, and running Linux since 2007. I enjoy teaching others how to do both. That’s why I write about open source photography, post tutorials on YouTube, and create premium photography courses.

WATCH ME EDIT PHOTOS FROM START TO FINISH

Download four RAW photos and follow along as I edit them with open source software in Linux. An intermediate level understanding of darktable and GIMP is recommended. For beginners, I suggest The Open Source Photography Course. Although many portrait editing techniques are taught, this isn't an in-depth retouching course.
